Building Under Construction (BUC) Progressive Payment

 

When you are buying a condominium that is still under construction, or if the construction hasn't started yet, the payment that you will need to make will be in stages. 

- First 5% = This is the initial Booking Fee to book the dream unit that you want to purchase 

- 15% = Upon signing the Sales and Purchase Agreement

- 10% = Completion of foundation work

- 10% = Completion of reinforced concrete framework

- 5% = Completion of brick walls

- 5% = Completion of roofing / ceiling

- 5% = Completion of electrical wiring, internal pastering, plumbing, etc

- 5% = Completion of roads, car park, drains

- 25% = Upon receiving Notice of Vacant Possession from the Developer, this is when you can start occupy your new dream unit

- Last 15% = Upon Legal Completion, when the Developer transfer the legal Strata Title to you
